REGISTRATION

How to register on NDC Deals?

Registration on NDC Deals is quite easy. You can go to https://ndc.deals and click on the “Register” button. Enter your whatsapp enabled phone number and enter the OTP you’ve received from Whatsapp. After that you will be asked to enter your GST/PAN number. This is done for verification purposes. Click on “Save & Next” and add the Agency details. Once you've completed entering the details, you will be shown a message saying that your agency has been successfully registered. 

Your NDC Deals Admin login credentials will be sent to the email account provided within the agency details. Once you open the mail, you will find a User ID and a temporary password, along with the link to login. Click on the link provided within the email and change your password. Login with your User ID and the new password to start using the platform.  

Are there any registration fees?

You don't have to pay any registration fee to use the NDC Deals platform. However, a technology fee of Rs.100 will be deducted from your account whenever you make a booking. If you need to void a ticket, a voiding fee of Rs.300 will be charged per ticket. To start issuing tickets on NDC Deals, you'll need to have a minimum balance of Rs.100 in your wallet. 

Are there any documents required for registration?

No documents are required during the registration process. You just need to enter your mobile number, PAN/GST number and Agency details such as the name, email id and address while filling up the registration form.

KYC is automatically performed with the GST website and the NSDL website to ensure correctness

PAYMENT

Can the amount on the payment link be updated by percentage?

This is not currently supported in NDC Deals. You can, however, calculate the percentage on your own and quote it to the customer outside the portal. 

Are there any monthly charges for using the platform?

There are no monthly charges. Only a technology fee of Rs 100 per booking will be charged.

I was wondering if the money paid by the customer through the payment link would go to my wallet or a specific booking?

The money paid by the customer will go directly to the booking whereas the markup will go straight to the travel agent's wallet.

Will any charges be incurred if the client pays through Credit Card?

Convenience charges will apply when the payment is done through Credit Card. The fees breakup can be viewed when making the payment. Convenience charges are not applicable for payments done through UPI and QR code.  

What are the different payment options?

NDC Deals supports multiple payment options like: 

  • Wallet
  • Pay later
  • Verteil Pay (Credit Card, net banking, UPI, QR code)

We also offer travel agents the convenience to send the payment link directly to customers via whatsapp and/or email.  

Can we change the currency for the payment link if the customer is abroad?

We currently do not support the option to change the currency in the payment link.

I made a booking with pay later, but now I want to make the payment. How do I pay? How do I add my markup which I did not do at the time of booking.

When you need to make the payment later, you can either retrieve the reservation from “Manage Reservations” located on the NDC Deals homepage or select the “Recent Booking” option from the dashboard below. You will then be directed to the issued itinerary from which you can choose the “Make Payment” option from the Order Details section of the generated itinerary. After you make the payment, you can add the markup by clicking on “Modify Details” within the itinerary before sending it to the customer. 

What is the time frame for the validity of the payment link?

The time frame of the validity of the payment link will depend on when the payment time limit is generated. The travel agent can know the time limit while sending the payment link to the customer. 

Are there any payment gateway charges from your end if a customer makes payment by card or internet banking?

Convenience charges may apply depending on the form of payment you choose. You can view the fees breakdown when making the payment. Convenience charges are not applicable for payment done through UPI and QR code.  

Will the payment link have the name NDC Deals? Will the service charge we add also go to NDC Deals?

The payment link is sent to the customer by the travel agent via email and/or whatsapp. The customer can click on the payment link and enter the payment details. After the payment is successful, the travel agent can see the payment confirmation from the dashboard on NDC Deals.The service charge will go directly to the travel agent’s wallet. 

If a customer is making payment and wants to cancel, will the refund go back to the customer?

Yes. The refund will directly go back to the Form of Payment used at the time of booking.

Can I add money through NEFT or Credit Card?

Yes, you can. The money will be updated to your wallet instantly. For NEFT transactions, the money can be sent to our finance team. Our support team will have your wallet updated with the amount immediately.

Can we withdraw money from the wallet to the bank?

Money can be withdrawn from the wallet directly to your account. Click on the “Add bank details” option on the wallet section, once you have added your bank account details, you can withdraw money directly to your account.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

What is the NDC ticket refund time?

If the ticket refund takes place on the same day, it will be considered as void. If you do a normal cancellation, a penalty will be applied as per the fare rule. The refund amount will be credited back to the travel agent’s wallet instantly. 

What is the timeframe for refund and what are the charges if we use a card to make the payment?

The refund amount will be added to the travel agent's wallet instantly. Convenience fee will be applicable based on the mode of payment you choose. You can view the fees breakup when making the payment.

Is mentioning deal code a must?

Deal code is not a mandatory element for Air Shopping. 

ANCILLARIES

Can we add additional baggage?

Additional baggage can be added during the booking and post booking process. The cost of the additional baggage would depend on the airline's baggage policy and can vary depending on the airline and destination. 

FARES

Is there any fare calendar available where we can look for the cheapest fare?

NDC supports the integration of airline specific functionalities such as calendar search. However, the availability would depend on the airline's capabilities.

BOOKING & SERVICING

Till what time can we hold the price?

This would depend on the ticket time limit generated by the airline. The time limit would be made visible to the travel agent on the generated itinerary page as soon as the reservation is made. The ticket can be issued anytime before it expires.
